Free Procurement e-learning

We have an e-learning course on public sector procurement training for non-procurement specialists in the Local Government sector.

Originally commissioned by the National Training User Group through the IDeA this procurement e-learning course was recently revised by Norfolk CC and the NE Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnership. It now covers new procurement legislation and procurement principles.

Hundreds of learners have accessed it to learn about procurement thereby proving the demand for basic procurement training.

The course was developed as part of a National Procurement Strategy project and helps councils be more effective with their procurement practices and, ultimately, improve service delivery.
