NALC Communications Toolkit Posted by

The National Association of Local Councils has recently published a Communications Toolkit, supported by the Commission for Rural Communities. The Toolkit provides resources to help councils improve their communications with residents, staff and other stakeholders. Drawing on good practice , it presents guidance relating to publications, media relations, digital communications and effective leadership.
Please visit the NALC website to download a FREE copy and let us know how you're using it ! http://www.nalc.gov.uk/

Could you give us a precise URL to the location, please - at first look there's nothing obvious there

Hi
It is really admirable that you have shared your toolkit and a lot of work has clearly gone into this.
It seems to me to be a toolkit specifically around working with Parish Councils and creating a 'Compact' (not entirely sure what this is!) rather than a generic comms toolkit - it would be useful to make this clearer perhaps?
Best wishes
Josephine
