Towards an excellent service for parks and open spaces

Towards an excellent service (TAES) for parks and open spaces, developed in conjunction with CABE Space, Greenspace and the Institute for Sport, Parks and Leisure (ISPAL), is available to councils wishing to undertake a self-assessment using the tool.
