Planning Advisory Service (PAS)
The Planning Advisory Service (PAS) helps councils provide faster, fairer, more efficient and better quality planning services. This includes supporting them with developing and delivering their local development frameworks. It encourages continuous improvement and promotes a culture of self-sustaining change and learning. PAS, funded by Communities and Local Government offers:
