Siraz's role is to assist with the implementation of equality and diversity programmes within the agency and provide consultancy support to local authorities.
His work includes:
- coordinate the corporate equality and diversity action plan
- coordinate the undertaking of equality impact assessments
- implementing good practice on equality and diversity
- undertake consultancy projects
Siraz has developed the corporate equality scheme, action plans for the agency and general progression towards achieving level three and beyond in the Equality Standard.
