One year on
As this report demonstrates, many councils have already made significant progress in meeting the targets in the National Procurement strategy. But more needs to be done.
This report sets out progress to date, identifies issues that need to be addressed and provides recommendations for action so that local authorities are able to firmly focus delivery on the strategy’s milestones.
