Change management
Change management means different things to different people and different organisations. The information and downloads in this section describe change under two broad headings.
First, the process that may be followed to bring about change. Second, the approach towards establishing a detailed understanding of an organisation’s 'change readiness' and 'change competence'. The latter is aimed specifically at understanding the nature and extent of resistance to change.
