West Midlands workforce planning project
In 2008 the IDeA (now LG Improvement and Development) managed a workforce planning project for the West Midlands region in partnership with Improvement and Efficiency West Midlands and the West Midlands Local Government Association. The project aimed to:
- raise the quality and profile of workforce and succession planning
- share approaches and solutions among the partner councils
- share learning across the region.
