Cultural change
Cultural change is a vital part of successful and sustainable service transformation. This resource is aimed at chief executives, senior managers, transformation leads, organisational development specialists and others who are managing or supporting major change programmes.
The phrase ‘cultural change’ is often used in a vague and generalised way. This resource seeks to:
- define more precisely what it means
- provide some practical suggestions, based on good practice cases, for what you might do to have an impact on the culture of your organisation.
We are continuing to develop examples of learning and good practice, including reports, case studies and video clips. See our latest report:
In Shape for Success? Chief executives’ perspectives on achieving culture change in local government
The resource has been developed with Dr Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge, one of the UK’s leading public and private sector organisational development practitioners.
